While I don't know Mr. Figi, I can say that I am very encouraged by the appointment of Larry Baza to San Diego's Commission for Arts and Culture.  For a whole handful of reasons, I think this is a strong move for San Diego, and that he'll be an asset to the community.  Now, we'll have to wait and see.
